Payment and Shipping

  • We believe your shipping experience should be easy and secure. We use Shopify Payments and Paypal to process all orders to ensure a secure online transaction. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.

  • Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped

  • Orders typically take 2-5 business days for delivery and can be tracked through USPS. Once shipped Hijab Shack is not responsible for delays or lost packages.

  • International orders will take longer to be delivered. Hijab Shack has no control over delays due to customs or regulations and does not pay for customs charges.

Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 100% refund for items returned within 15 days minus shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Items must not be worn and returned in their original packaging.

  • All clearance sales are final.
